When Copyright is nothing but Love and protection of materialism

S. 968 The PROTECT-IP Act and S. 978 the Commercial Felony Streaming Act are the two bills that would stifle free speech and the Gospel of Jesus evangelized on the Internet in the name of copyright.

The two bills violates and critically destroys the First Amendment of the Constitution. Senate bill 978, while it does silence free speech and the gospel of Jesus over the net, the term "Public Performance" is very troublesome and could apply to real life as well as the internet. Since singing in church constitutes as public performance, all the believers in Christ Jesus would go to jail for 5 years if 10 or more Christ believers sing Amazing Grace. That kind of criminal and civil offense in the church would signal a possible persecution. A school could get shuttered or a music class curriculum could get removed off the school's schedule if the school choir sings a copyrighted song or a school orchestra plays Mozart or Beethoven if a record company like Time Warner, EMI, Sony, Universal, etc owns the music.

 In fact, singing in your own home could land you in jail. Even streaming Netflix or Hulu could become a felony if S. 978 passes. I don't know if this bill applies to real life, but if it does federal and state prisons will be full we will have to put people who committed copyright infringement in detention camps. Alcatraz and Gitmo could be reopened, the formal Japanese-Nationals and Japanese-American detention camps could be reopened to house infringers. But one day, there could be a solution to make Americans obey copyright. DRM was used in computers, so why not in humans. It has to be tested first in front of a Senate Judiciary Committee before it's made into a bill to make it become mandatory for DRM-thought police chip implanted in the brains of American, just like in the South Park movie where Cartman had a V-chip, the one that we have in our TVs, implanted in his head to filter out swear words by electric shock. Applying the V-chip to child brain and we wouldn't have to worry about our child swearing and nor thinking dirty thoughts, but that would not only be child abuse, but also immoral.

The same way if DRM chip implants were to become mandatory, corporates would have the ability to stifle words we say and other things we fandomize they don't like, such as copying a cartoon character of the TV, singing a copyrighted song, thinking of a movie quote would be filtered. Along side Human DRM copyright, calls would be monitored, all of your everyday life activities will be monitored with wireless satellite surveillance cameras in your home.

Some of you might say "If that happens, wear a tin foil hat." That's a pretty silly idea, but I think what would Jesus say if something that would stifle our speech:


"Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains. Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: " - Matthew 24:16-17

What this means that we should not bring material things, not even corporate food or other corporate things and hide in the cave or wilderness. You might ask "How should we survive without food?", well, everything that God created is food and warmth. Build a fire with sticks, fish with your bare hands, you know survival.

You would say "That's foolishness. I rather fight for my freedom than to hide." and say "Stop thinking in this imaginary God and start thinking for yourself". If those words you say to others, you are leading God's lost sheep on Path of Destruction. Don't say "You're God is just controlling you. Stop being like a sheeple and start thinking for yourself."

That term sheeple is very offensive. God doesn't control his lost sheep, he has given people free will and the choice to accept His Gift by allowing His Son into their heart so that they can be saved.

Back to the topic, in conclusion, copyright is nothing but love and protection of materialism.

"I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings." - Luke 16:9

"Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." - Luke 18:22


It is clear that we must focus on God and help others rather than fighting for our freedom and thinking for ourselves.


Which do you choose? Fighting for your Freedom, love for materialism, and live your last days or live for God and His son, others who care, and live eternally?
