Because the FEMA Camps are ready to house the Occupy Movement as both HR 347 the NRBGIA signed by Obama in Mid-March and the NDAA are already taking effect once the Occupy Movement tries to protest in May. HR 347 criminalizes everyone who unwillingly or unknowingly enter a federal restricted area, or picketing a corporate building protected by the Secret Service.
Not only that but private citizens who vote for Romney will be housed in the FEMA Camps.
