The White House threatened to veto CISPA if in its' current form. But House Speaker Boener said that the White House wants the bill to be changed in order to control the internet. This is the same tactic of what got the NDAA into law. Senator Levin recently spoke that the Adminstration wanted the languages sections 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA to be changed, excluding non-citizens and making it mandatory to citizens.
Boener said: "This monster here in Washington (The White House) that can control what we can see and cannot see on the internet."
